Showcase of Excellence

Our school will be hosting a Showcase of Excellence this January.  I am busy meeting, brainstorming and working to advocate for the Arts at our private school.

We will be having a sidewalk chalk competition and displaying student Chinese Art around campus.

Also if the folowing project is approved: I will be working with 2 professional artists to complete a "Windows to the World" hall mural display featuring a variety of countries. We hope to increase student awareness of Geography, Culture, and Art.

 I would like to try to have some sand paintings for students to participate in.

I hope that I can properly dye some beach sand for the Rangoli Sand Paintings.
